💸 Refund Policy
At Onward Education, we value your commitment to learning. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancellations by Participants

72 hours before course start date: 70% refund

Less than 72 hours: No refund, but you may defer to another batch

No-shows: No refund and no deferral
2. Course Deferral
You may defer your participation to a future training session once, at no additional cost, provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the start date.
3. Cancellations by Onward Education
If we cancel or reschedule a course, you will be given the option of:

A full refund, or
-
Transfer to a future date at no extra charge
