1. Introduction
Welcome to Onward Education. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our training materials, or participating in our courses (whether online or in person), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or payment.
2. Programme Schedule
All training dates will be fixed based on availability.
To reserve a spot in any program, clients must notify Onward Education and complete the booking process at least two (2) weeks before the intended start date.
Onward Education reserves the right to reschedule training sessions if necessary. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.
3. Payment Terms
80% of the course fee is required upfront to confirm your booking.
The remaining 20% must be paid immediately after the completion of the program.
Payments can be made via our secure online platform or direct bank transfer, as communicated by Onward Education’s accounts team.
Bookings are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the upfront payment.
4. Fee Details & Additional Costs
All training sessions will be conducted at our facility, your preferred location, or another mutually agreed venue.
If participants are traveling from outside the city to attend training at our main location, the client is responsible for all travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
Fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery Method
Onward Education offers three delivery formats:
Online Training – Live, interactive sessions delivered via our virtual learning platform.
Physical Training – Instructor-led sessions held at our facilities or the client’s location.
Tailored Training – Customized programs designed to meet specific organizational or individual needs.
6. Post-Training Access
Participants of our virtual classes receive three (3) months of on-demand access to class recordings after program completion.
This extended access is intended to support continuous learning, allowing learners to revisit key concepts, reinforce understanding, and apply knowledge at their own pace.
Access is for the enrolled participant only and may not be shared or redistributed.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds for cancellations after this period will be at the discretion of Onward Education.
If Onward Education cancels a program, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the training.
Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruption will result in removal from the program without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, videos, and course content remain the intellectual property of Onward Education.
Participants may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Onward Education will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during training, except where caused by proven negligence.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet any technical requirements for online learning.
